Browse sandwich valve functions and mounting subplates. Choose the relevant family and check the port designations in its hydraulic symbol. Mounting size is only one selection factor, alongside function and the complete valve configuration.

Modular and subplate-mounted valves

HydraForce and Eaton cartridge-based configurations
Modular sandwich valves allow functions to be combined in a vertical stack. For applications with packaging constraints or production-specific requirements, a custom manifold may be appropriate; see the cartridge valve section. Documentation includes Eaton Vickers DGM 3/5 SystemStak, Yuken M-01/3/4 and TC pilot-flow controls. Cartridge-based sandwich assemblies can provide pressure and flow functions depending on the selected valves. Other references include Yuken FC/FCG flow controls, BG/BSG relief valves and CRG/CPDG check valves. Always compare the function, port arrangement, settings and pressure limits of the complete assembly. Ask us about documentation for newer versions of legacy series.

ES06, ES10 and ES16 subplate documentation covers side-port mounting arrangements. Some configurations include a relief valve. Check the port threads, mounting pattern, material and pressure rating before specifying the assembly.
What information should you prepare?
- Full valve designation.
- Mounting size and hydraulic symbol.
- Ports affected by the valve function.
- Operating conditions and the arrangement of the other stack components.
